From Silver Service to Data Service.
Ryan founded U-Tech after spending well over a decade working in some of the world's highest-trust environments, from private jets and superyachts to global estates serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals. What he observed was surprisingly consistent: the best opportunities rarely went to the person with the best CV. They went to the person who was already known, trusted and recommended. Whether hiring a pilot, a chief stewardess or a senior executive, decisions were driven by reputation, relationships and human trust long before any formal recruitment process began.
That insight became the foundation of U-Tech. Ryan believes the future of work belongs to people who can be seen for who they really are, not just what they can fit onto a CV. As AI makes applying for jobs easier and more automated, human trust, community and reputation are becoming more valuable than ever. U-Tech exists to make those invisible signals visible, helping people build portable reputations that travel with them throughout their careers. The vision is simple: create a world where opportunity is not reserved for the most connected, but available to anyone willing to show up, contribute and be known for who they are.
Building the Reputation Economy
"U-Tech was born from a personal experience. As a butler, I witnessed the profound disconnect between a professional's true value and the fragmented digital landscape of recruitment. We first built U-Crew to bridge that gap, creating a reputation infrastructure that prioritizes trust and identity over keywords"
